About Restaurant Licensing Group
Restaurant Licensing Group, LLC owns a portfolio of food and beverage brands registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The brands span chicken, sandwich, taco, grilled cheese, breakfast and pasta concepts. They are available to license for businesses that already run food service. A license gives an existing kitchen or counter the right to use a brand name under the license terms, along with a defined core menu, logo files and food photography to work from.
Who the brands are designed for
Licensing is designed for operators such as concessionaires, venue food and beverage teams, contract foodservice providers, hotel and campus dining programs, and kitchens that fill delivery orders. Each venue type works differently. A concessionaire bidding on an airport concession program works through that airport’s own proposal and design review steps, while a kitchen running delivery-only brands presents them through delivery marketplaces rather than a counter or dining room.
What a federal trademark registration covers
A registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office records who owns a brand name or logo and the classes of goods or services it covers, such as restaurant services or food delivery services. We share the registration record for any brand you are considering, so your team and your counsel can see exactly what is registered.
How brand standards work
Licensing a brand means using it the way the brand’s owner specifies. Every license comes with a style guide that sets out how the logo, colors, typography, photography and brand voice should be used. Food safety, allergens, staffing, pricing and hours remain your operation’s responsibility, and the terms of brand use are set out in each license agreement.
